How do I submit a maintenance request?
To submit a maintenance request, contact the onsite manager.
What are the lease lengths offered at tall grass Apartments?
We offer 6-, 9-, and 11-month lease terms to our applicants.
Is there a pet deposit or other pet restrictions?
We require a $300 refundable pet deposit as well as an additional rent charge of $35/month regardless of 1 or 2 pets. Tall Grass Apartments does have a 50-pound weight limit and restricts ownership to two pets per unit.
Is there guest parking available at the apartment complex?
Yes, unassigned parking spaces are available for both residents and guests.
Is on-site storage, such as a garage or storage unit available to tenants?
We have limited detached garages available for rent. We have a small size starting at $125 a month and a larger size starting at $175 a month. These detached garages cannot be used for the sole purpose of storage, and must still be able to fit a vehicle.
How big is the complex?
These are the sizes of our floor plans:
- The Bluestem model is 727 sq ft.
- Our Haven floor plan is 792 sq ft.
- Our Meadow floor plan is 979 sq ft.
- The Grove floor plan is 1161 sq ft.
- The Savanna floor plan is 1546 sq ft.

Are all units updated?
Our units are newly constructed with spacious open floor concepts and stainless steel appliances in the kitchens. We offer a variety of top-tier appliances and amenities that provide you with luxurious living in everything that you do.
How much is the security deposit?
Our security deposits are a flat rate of $600. We also have a non-refundable application fee of $35 per applicant and $150 administrative fee per unit.
